Ericka Wooten
Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
Ericka Wooten serves as the Foundation’s director of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB). Ericka works to elevate and expand action and results in the DEIB space as a means of reducing poverty. She is responsible for setting and implementing the Foundation’s overarching vision of DEIB — both at the programmatic and administrative levels. She provides support to the Foundation’s leadership and staff to improve and strengthen its work as an inclusive and equitable grantmaker.
Ericka works to promote inclusion and anti-racist practices that will be evidenced through the Foundation’s culture, customs and leadership. She also develops and maintains partnerships with other organizations for aligned work.
