Ericka Wooten

Director of Culture and Values

Ericka Wooten serves as the Foundation’s Director of Culture and Values. In this position, Ericka works to ensure internal systems and culture, as well as the external work of the Foundation, strengthen and support the organization’s mission, core values, and Catholic identity. Ericka also leads the Foundation’s diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging efforts. Additionally, Ericka will play an active role in the Foundation’s grantmaking process.

Ericka works to promote inclusion and anti-racist practices that will be evidenced through the Foundation’s culture, customs and leadership. She also develops and maintains partnerships with other organizations for aligned work.
