The Sisters of Charity Foundation is a ministry of the Sisters of Charity Health System
Health Care Systems Change Initiative
The Health Care Systems Change Initiative (HCSCI) is a three-year initiative supporting organizations that are advocating for health advancement and addressing health equity barriers through systems change.
While the Foundation is not accepting new partners for HCSCI at this time, we will be sharing more about the participating organizations and their impact as the initiative continues.
About HCSCI
For this and all other Foundation programs, health care is defined as the affordability of and access to high-quality services that prevent disease and improve quality of life.
This initiative is funded, in part, by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
Participating organizations will engage in cohort-style programming, focusing on building capacity for advocacy efforts.
This initiative is an invitation-only grant opportunity for nonprofits in Allendale, Bamberg, Barnwell, Colleton, Hampton, and Orangeburg.
