Mr. Charles Sheffield, 2017-18 President’s Fellow
Mr. Charles Sheffield is a native of Miami, FL. He graduated from Miramar High school in Miramar Florida and participated in Junior Reserve Officer Training Corp (J.R.O.T.C) while there for all four years of his high school tenure.
He is currently a senior majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. He maintains a 4.0 GPA and is expected to graduate in May 2018. He is actively involved on campus serving as Parliamentarian of the School of Honors and Secretary of Delta Mu Delta. His interest in the field of business revolves around the area of talent management.
Mr. Sheffield serves his country in the United States Army as a Communications technician where he works to predict future gang, organized crime, or terrorist activity, using analyses of intelligence data as well as designs, uses, and maintains databases and software applications, such as geographic information systems (GIS) mapping and artificial intelligence tools.
Mr. Sheffield’s future plan is to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree. He truly believes that scholars should not lose their thirst for knowledge, if they plan to be a pioneer in the business sector and remain relevant. He strives to be a role model for other aspiring students that want to pursue their dream of higher education.
Mr. Timothy Pritchett, 2015-16 President’s Fellow
Mr. Timothy Sheffield is a senior majoring in Mass Communication from Hampton, Georgia.
He is currently maintaining a 3.61 GPA and is expected to graduate in the spring of May 2016. In addition, he is actively involved on the campus as a student assistant to the men’s basketball coach as well as volunteering in the Office of Freshmen Institute.
Mr. Pritchett volunteers at First Baptist Church with the Children Ministry and also volunteers at First Baptist Church in feeding the homeless.
Mr. Tyler McAllister, 2015-16 President’s Fellow
Mr. Tyler McAllister is a sophomore majoring in Business Management from Columbia, South Carolina.
He is currently maintaining a 3.68 GPA and is expected to graduate in the spring of May 2018. In addition, he is a member of Benedict College football team and plays the tight end position.
Mr. McAllister also volunteers at Brookland Baptist Children’s Church Worship as an assistant.
