The Four Pitfalls of Communications (WEBINAR)
Let’s face it. Trying to communicate effectively is sometimes like navigating a minefield of interactions. Whether it’s our body language, our tone or the choice of words we use, sometimes we get it right, and sometimes we don’t. In this session, you will hear about four primary areas where communications go wrong most often, and what we can do to avoid the potentially explosive outcomes.
- Given the four styles of communications, participants will learn their style, how it’s best used, and where it falls short.
- Provided a list of “annoying habits”, participants will be able to identify habits they exhibit that may drive others nuts!
- Participants will learn techniques for proper email etiquette to avoid misunderstanding when communicating in writing.
