Often times non-profit executives think that fundraising is something solely left of to them and their staff.  Maximum success is achieved when there is a diverse team committed to the cause.  This session will give insight on who will be on the team, recruiting techniques to get them and how to keep the team motivated for the cause.

Participants will:

  • identify board support to assist with fundraising
  • assess skills of team members to assign specific roles
  • determine the role social media will play in fundraising
