Tom Keith, president for Sisters of Charity Foundation of South Carolina, and South Carolina Department of Social Services representatives Dr. Kathleen Hayes and Linda Martin appeared on WIS-TV’s Newswatch program Sunday, October 25, 2009.
The group discussed the impact of TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) funding has on South Carolina and the need for TANF reauthorization and a new distribution formula based on poverty.
