Stephanie Cooper-Lewter serves as Senior Director of Research and Special Programs for the Foundation.
In this position, she oversees research and evaluation for the Foundation. She is also responsible for identifying and sharing the Foundation’s best practices.
Ms. Cooper-Lewter has fifteen years combined experience in the nonprofit, child welfare, health and educational sector. She hold’s a bachelor's degree from Bethel College, a Masters of Social Work from the University of Minnesota and is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of South Carolina.
For three consecutive years she was awarded a nationally competitive Council on Social Work Education Minority Doctoral Clinical Fellowship. In 2007, she was awarded a Centennial Fellowship from the graduate school of the University of South Carolina.
