Patricia Littlejohn is the Assistant Executive Director of the Sisters of Charity Foundation of South Carolina. She joined the Foundation at its inception in 1996.
She is responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of the Foundation's statewide strategic grantmaking initiative, Reducing Poverty Through Father Engagement, which began in 1997. The multi-year initiative resulted in a multi-million dollar investment to establish and sustain community and faith-based fatherhood programs.
In 2002 the Foundation to established the South Carolina Center for Fathers and Families to provide on-going leadership for the Initiative, to support the local programs and to advocate for father-friendly policies and practices. The Center actively solicits private foundation and state and federal government funding as well as major gifts from individuals. Mrs. Littlejohn has served as the Interim Executive Director for the Center since 2005.
Mrs. Littlejohn is a graduate of Columbia College and has served on the National Practitioners Network for Fathers and Families.
