Kelsey Mathias joined the Foundation as project coordinator in 2008.

In this position, she is responsible for the planning and coordinating Foundation workshops, training seminars and special events. She works closely with grantee-initiated grantmaking efforts. 

Mrs. Mathias holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and mass communications from the University of South Carolina. Prior to joining the Foundation, she worked as an intern for Midlands Authority for Conventions, Sports and Tourism in Columbia, S.C.
