Katrina serves as Senior Program Officer for Grantee-Initiated Grantmaking for the Foundation.

In this role, she is responsible for the Foundation's grantee-initiated grantmaking including management and facilitation of the grant review process for the Caritas Fund and Responsive Grants. Ms. Spigner also oversees technical assistance and education/training offered to grantees. Prior joining the staff in 2005, she served as a consultant to the Foundation.

Ms. Spigner serves on the South Carolina Grantmakers Network Advisory committee and Providence Hospitals Diversity committee. She is also a member of Women in Philanthropy, a 2006 Southeastern Council of Foundations (SECF) Hull Fellow and the co-chair of the 2009 SECF Hull Fellows Program.
